AMA Boston History
The Boston Chapter of the American Marketing Association was formally founded, and has been continuously organized since October 3rd, 1940. While the (national) American Marketing Association was founded on January 1st 1937 through the merger of the National Association of Marketing Teachers (NAMT) and the American Marketing Society (AMS), there is some information that Richard Ehrich may have been an earlier President in 1935, Richard may have been connected with the NAMT or AMS in some way.
