With unemployment around 3.1%, and significant jobs to fill, Boston is a job-seeker’s market. At the same time, the recruiting model is transforming with new technology platforms, AI and increased emphasis on soft skills, diversity, and innovation as well as academic credentials and experience. How do job seekers adapt to the changing job landscape and business model? How to they stand out? Does networking matter anymore?
