These unique market strengths open doors for product innovation\, and allow companies to come up with emerging technologies that impact society and the marketplace. \nAs technology becomes more integral in our daily lives and the workings of organizations\, it’s critical for marketers to understand how technologies work and how to work with innovation teams to bring products to market. \nIn this session\, we’ll focus on three technologies: Spatial Audio\, Robotics / Automation and 3D Printing and their impact on innovation. \nThe Boston Marketing and Technology communities from AMA Boston and WITI have brought together a panel to discuss: \n\nWhat are the technologies and innovations driving global growth?\nWhy is Boston continually listed as a center for innovation and entrepreneurship?\nWhy do marketers need to be in-the-know of emerging technologies?\nHow can marketers better collaborate and communicate with innovation teams\n\nSpeakers:\nMatthew Neutra\, Lead Experience Engineer\, Bose Corporation \nMatthew Neutra has been at the bleeding edge of immersive media\, experience design and digital signage for over a decade and an half. These include a stereoscopic dome theater with one of a kind immersive audio\, a full scale immersive Millennium Falcon experience\, audio AR\, immersive branched narrative\, physical/digital immersion and all manner of spatial audio experiences. Matt has a B.S. in Geology\, and M.S. in Geo-information Science/Remote sensing and worked on the precursor to Google Earth in the late 1990’s. He likes rock climbing\, ice climbing and is a Libra. \nParna Sarkar-Basu\, CEO at Brand and Buzz Marketing \nA tech evangelist\, Parna Sarkar-Basu serves as a strategic advisor to transformational leaders and tech pioneers\, and helps them launch and reinvent companies. A brand architect\, Parna also designs powerful programs to spotlight entrepreneurs and innovators\, and elevate startup founders to industry thought leaders. \nHer expertise includes changing industry perception\, building market relevance\, corporate (re)-positioning and new market entry as well as supporting fundraising activities. Recipient of multiple awards\, she has propelled tech companies into innovation leaders in highly competitive markets – artificial intelligence and enterprise software to robots and consulting services. \nForbes and Business Journal contributor\, Parna writes and speaks on a range of topics\, including cognitive robotics\, innovation for social good\, tech trends\, and entrepreneurship.  \nJeff Boehm\, Global Marketing Lead\, Formlabs \nJeff leads the Formlabs global marketing team\, responsible for all aspects of revenue\, brand\, and community marketing. Jeff brings to Formlabs more than two decades of enterprise marketing experience at technology pioneers and leaders including Endeca\, Qlik\, and Business Objects. Jeff’s experience spans all stages of growth – from seed funding through initial public offering and acquisitions. Jeff holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business. \nModerator \nJen Faucon\, Partner\, MICA Consulting Group \nJen Faucon is a global innovation and marketing leader – with expertise in digital\, ecommerce\, CRM and technology.  \nJen led a variety of organizations through the digital revolution at agencies McCann Worldgroup\, BBDO Proximity and iProspect for powerhouse global brands General Motors\, Visa\, Microsoft\, MasterCard\, Nestle\, and The Estee Lauder Companies.
