When it comes to the future of marketing, AI plays an important role.

AMA Boston is proud to announce the publication of the “Generative AI and the Future of Marketing” report, authored by Christina Inge, Founder of Thoughtlight, with research support from Harvard University, based on research by Ms. Inge and Resear4ch Fellow Megan Haggerty.

This pivotal study explores the adoption of generative AI by marketing executives, particularly focusing on ChatGPT. Led by Christina Inge, a distinguished local AMA member and former board member of AMA Boston, the report aims to illuminate the significant influence of AI on the evolution of marketing practices.

Recently, the AMA Boston chapter hosted an event with Christina to speak about her report at Northeastern in March. Attendees learned how marketing leaders are leveraging generative AI, like ChatGPT, and its impact on the future of marketing.

Thank you to Christina Inge, Harvard University, and to all who participated in this study!
